Whether you are working full-time, part-time, or are a stay at home parent working on building your business, life can be extremely stressful. You may find that your current routine, or lack thereof, is not helping you succeed and your family dynamic is suffering.

Two 1 Hour
Two - 1 hour coaching sessions per month for 4 months. Sessions will be scheduled on the same day and same time, twice a month for four months. Days and times can be decided during our first coaching session. Monthly coaching activities will be assigned and are to be completed before each session.
Discuss ways to improve work habits and be more productive in less time.
Time management is an art. It takes time through trial and error to develop a strategy that not only works, but sticks. The blue-print we develop will not only allow you to get more done in less time, it will be a blue-print that you will find easy to follow and a whole lot of fun. In the end, you will hold yourself accountable when you feel the result...a whole lot of success!
Assessment of your Current Routine/Time Management Strategies
Developing strategies to balance work and life is not always easy when you are in the thick of it day in and day out. Working with a coach is sometimes necessary so that you can sit back and really reflect on your needs while the coach developes a blue-print that is tailored to YOU specifically, targeting all of YOUR needs.
E-mail check - in once a week between sessions to discuss assignments, offer support and to help hold you accountable. Support and accountability are essential to your success. I will offer both and help guide you along in your personal journey.
